STEP 1. Data Analysis and Cost Estimation (Free & Accurate)
Before you begin to formulate an eDiscovery strategy, you and your client need an accurate indication of what the data set entails along with an idea of what the project is going to cost. Call your local Encore consultant for an assessment of the data, and Encore will quickly provide the reports you need to begin designing a data conversion strategy...FREE OF CHARGE.
The reports include: all file types in the data set, volume of data within each type, estimated number of pages in the data set, an estimated processing time, and an estimate of the total cost to process the data into a reviewable format.
STEP 2. Choose a Data Conversion Strategy (Native File or Full Conversion)

The first critical step is to decide if you want to review the documents in their native file format, or convert them to a standard image format prior to beginning your review. We are equally adept at providing either solution or a hybrid of the two. STEP 3. Choose a Data Minimization Strategy (Deduplication, Filtering & Near Duping)
