Software Sales & Training

  • Encore litigation consultants can train your staff to effectively use leading software applications and other technology tools to improve your productivity and reduce costs throughout the litigation process. A certified Encore trainer can provide one-on-one or group instruction, either at our training center or in your local office. Additionally, Encore Legal Solutions is pleased to offer a variety of courses to help you deliver training to your attorneys and staff on litigation support software, and to enable your attorneys to receive continuing legal education (CLE) credit.

Database Integration

  • Encore utilizes an open system architecture that has output capabilities to the most popular software applications. We will integrate your images and indexed information into your desired litigation support software program either at one of our production facilities, on-site, or we’ll train your staff at your office to perform this function. Frequently, there are multiple law firms involved in litigation wishing to access and utilize the same automated information. At the initial project planning meeting, Encore’s Customer Service Representative and Production Manager will consult with you on how best to share and secure information and services, as well as integrate the information within multiple sites.

  2. Courtroom technicians to help you make a compelling presentation of your case and evidence at trial, or assist with war room preparations.
  3. Preparation of Demonstrative exhibits including charts, graphs and images with annotations.

  5. Experienced trainers who can provide one-on-one or group instruction at our training center or your office.
  6. Multimedia presentations (including Microsoft PowerPoint and Corel Presentations) for opening and closing arguments.

Video Synching

  1. We can convert your VHS tape to digital MPEG format. Additionally, we can synchronize your deposition transcripts to the video of the same testimony for presentation on all major trial presentation applications.
  2. We provide transcript to video synchronization and training for all major trial presentation software programs, including LiveNote/VideoNote, Visionary and Trial Director.
