Stage I: Initial Contact
- Client contacts Encore Legal Solutions.
- Client meets with an Account Manager.
- Client is assigned a Project Manager.
- Client and Project Manager create a Project Design Form which outlines the Client’s requirements for the project.
- Project Manager checks Client’s project in with Production Manager and Workflow Coordinator to fully communicate the Client’s specific project needs.

Stage II: Production Process (Paper)
- Documents are prepared for scanning.
- Documents are manually Bates labeled.
- Documents are scanned.
- Documents/images are QC’d page for page.
- Documents are reassembled.
- Images are blown back into hard copies.
- Bindery services are performed.

Stage III: Additional Services (Electronic Images)
- Images are electronically endorsed.
- Images are branded/watermarked.
- Images are OCR’d.
- Images are loaded to files.
- Images are burned to CD/DVD’s.
- Images and file data are quality control checked in Client’s software.
- Images are coded.
- Images are hosted on Encore’s Web Repository.

Stage IV: Delivery
- Final quality control check of all data and coding.
- Client’s original documents and produced data are delivered by Encore personnel.
- Project Manager and Account Manager ensure Client satisfaction with project.
