Phase I: Initiate & Design
The Initial Phase of any project begins with understanding the business problem we are trying to solve. Once the problem is clearly defined, our Project Management and Consulting Team will work diligently to design a solution that solves your business problem and meets your economic objectives. During this phase, we assign a Project Manager / Consultant who will work with your team throughout the lifecycle of the project to set key milestones, define reporting schedules and structure, and assign Encore personnel to staff your project.
Phase II: Project Execution & Milestone Management
During Phase II of your project, the Project Manager will communicate with the appropriate parties to ensure tasks needed to achieve milestones are being completed. Communication during this phase is critical to the success of the project. Our project management staff has the experience to anticipate potential obstacles, work around or remove them all together, and most importantly, keep our clients informed of progress. As a direct interface between our clients and our technical staff, the Encore project management staff are experienced litigation professionals who have hands-on litigation experience. This experience is critical to designing solutions and managing successful projects.
Phase III: Project Tracking Tools
Phase III is used as a communication and accountability tool. The success of any project revolves around measuring the actual outcome to the pre-planned outcome. Encore’s tracking throughout the project lifecycle and ability to provide timely reports on the progress of your project is why first time Encore customers become long time Encore customers. Phase IV: Project Deliverables & Acceptance
Phase IV is the formal ending of the project. Encore delivers the final product to our client and requests a formal acceptance for the services rendered. This phase ensures Encore has satisfied clients and provides us an opportunity to rectify any issues that may be outstanding. This phase further helps Encore to continually sharpen the saw and provide our clients the best service in the industry.
